Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label via email.

Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Non-Returnable Items All items are eligible for return — we do not carry final sale items.

How to Start a Return Contact us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send your prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
