Return & Refund Policy – Unique Clothing-N-More

At Unique Clothing-N-More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our updated return policy below:

Return Eligibility & Process

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To initiate a return, you must request it within that time frame. In addition:

  • Photo Required: A clear photo of the item must be submitted before a return can be approved.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To request a return, email us at tbroomfield@uniqueclothingmore.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Once your return request is approved, shipping instructions and a return label will be provided via email.
Do not return any items before receiving approval and return instructions—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll evaluate the matter and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item is returnable, email us before purchasing or attempting a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the original (if eligible), and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.


EU Customers – 14-Day Right to Cancel

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
