Return Eligibility & Process
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To initiate a return, you must request it within that time frame.
Requirements:

Photo Required: A clear photo of the item must be submitted before a return can be approved.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
To request a return, email us at tbroomfield@uniqueclothingmore.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
Once your return request is approved, shipping instructions and a return label will be provided via email.
Do not return any items before receiving approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll evaluate the problem and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU Customers – 14-Day Right to Cancel
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
