1. What is Unique Clothing-N-More's return policy?
- We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How do I initiate a return?

3. What happens if my item is damaged or defective?
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
4. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
- Yes, certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
5. How does the exchange process work?
- The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
6. What is the European Union 14-day cooling off period?
- If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply - the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
7. How are refunds processed?
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
