Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information after your order ships.

United States Shipping

Domestic orders are generally shipped through USPS. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing, although carrier delays may occur.

International Shipping

International orders may ship through DHL Express or USPS. Delivery generally takes 10–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when an order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking record.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, email info@uniqueclothingnmore.com with your order number so we can work with the carrier.

Returns

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. After approval, we will supply a prepaid return shipping label, and return shipping will be free. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind and customer-selected wrong-size returns. The fee is waived for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
